Oswaldo was awesome! Very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We had a group of various levels of cooking and he was able to accommodate us all. It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot. Would definitely recommend!

I could not recommend this tour more highly. Our guide Liz was incredible. We explored two incredible neighborhoods - Tacubaya and Escandon - that are off the standard tourist circuit and are SO worth the visit. The stops were fantastic, the food was delicious, and the walking tour itself was highly informative. It is so clear that Liz took great care in curating the itinerary for this tour - her knowledge of and love for these neighborhoods was infectious. We started our week in Mexico City with Culinary Backstreet’s “Great Flavor Migration: How Mexico City Was Made” tour with guide Eduardo Landa and it was the PERFECT first day activity; we were introduced us to dishes, deserts, drinks, and coffee’s we would have never otherwise known about, known how to order, or known what sauces, accompaniments, etc. to incorporate.
