La Scolca will take you to know this grape and this wine, its history as the cradle of Gavi, and the innovative spirit that gave life to its sparkling wines, strictly Metodo Classico.
All this takes shape in a guided tasting of three symbolic labels: Classic Method Soldiers Brut, Gavi dei Gavi® Label Black and Piedmont Pinot Noir DOC.
