So we created for you a true food and wine experience directly from farm to table Every plate will include vegetables, fruits and typical crops grown in our farm and local and naturally Organic! The menu will follow the seasons and you will discover new tastes and flavours . The lunch will be: - starter , a selection of bruchette or tartare of cauliflower - first course, soup of organic spelt with mushrooms or farrotto with organic tomatoes and aromatic oil or wild lentils soup - main course, a selection of different croquettes with a fresh wild herbs salad - dessert, typical umbrian rocciata During the meal will be tasted 6 organic wines The tour will include also a guided visit of the vineyards and winery
