Cooking is an art, but pastry is a science, and we will follow recipes step by step. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on relaxed environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.

It is a 2h hands-on class, where you will learn how to make the famous Pastéis de Nata vegan! We believe that one of the secrets of the Pastel de Nata is the crunchy puff pastry, so we will teach you how to do it from scratch! In the end we will eat everything paired with coffee, tea or juice.

Umissable

We had a delightful class with Chef Ana Martins to learn how to make vegan pastel de nata. In absence of a vegan food tour of Lisbon this is closest I could get but it was perfect for my foodie husband who loves custard. Ana was so friendly and funny, and gave us great information and tips as we learnt the science of making these delicious treats.
