Chardonnay at its best

Oh WOW! Absolutely amazing tour. Extremely informative and amazing wines. This is a must do. Did the Chardonnay tour and will be back for the MCC tour. Fantastic tour guide. Calcrete Chardonnay!!!!

Theo is a great and patient guide

We did a tour in the chardonnay basement. Theo was our guide for over 1.5 hours. Was a winner!! What a beautiful wine estate!

"Best Wine Tourism Experience in the World" is an understatement

The "Best wine tourism experience in the world" award, was not an understatement. When I booked for the Cap Classique experience, and they said that you are going to bottle your own bottle of Cap Classique, I thought by myself "Ja, ok......???". But you REALLY bottle your own bottle of CC. From disgorging the ice plug containing the dead yeast to applying to most beautiful personalized label to the bottle. Wonderful.

Very beautiful farm, and fascinating history of the family and winemakers. We loved the Poets Prayer especially and the unusual tunnel tour. A great day all round.

Unique wine tour on the partly underground wine estate

We had an absolute fabulous experience during the Cap Classique tour at Weltevrede. Elzet explained the wine production process in a pleasant way and took all the time to answer our questions. The wine tasting was great but the complete experience, atmosphere and Elzets guidance was unique in its kind. We visited numerous wineries, Weltevrede is the absolute winner.
