WINE TASTING IN PARIS has been elected best Tour in Europe in 2024 (category Culinary Tours and Experiences) The owner and guide, Thierry is a French certified sommelier and official wine instructor for Burgundy wines and he's fluent in English.
During more than 2 hours, discover the most famous wine regions of France and taste 6 excellent French wines: 1 Champagne, 1 white wine from Loire Valley, 1 white wine from Burgundy, 1 Red wine from Burgundy, 1 red wine from Bordeaux, 1 red wine from Rhone Valley or Languedoc (the wine selection may change) You will also learn how to taste wine like a real wine expert.
This wine tasting takes place in small groups of maximum 12 people in a charming place located in the heart of Latin Quarter.
If you want to buy a small cheese platter to pair with your wines , it's better to ask by mail before to be sure we will have some for you (payment on arrival)

You will dicover wines coming from the most famous wine regions: Champagne, Burgundy, Bordeaux, with an English speaking sommelier. You will learn how to decipher French wine labels, how to taste wines and recognize aromas. You will see lots of maps, pictures and key facts about the wines. At the end you will leave the room being more confident about French wines, even if you're a beginner, and you will get a small French wine guide that you can keep with you.

Great French wine-tasting experience!
Brilliant experience tasting wines from some of France's main regions. Thierry was friendly, funny and knowledgable. We learned lots about the different varietals and how to properly taste. Some great wine selected to try throughout the session as well (the Bourgogne definitely beat the Bordeaux :)). Great little wine shop as well in a lovely location. Would absolutely recommend!!

Awesome room to taste some nice red wine and white wine. The instructor was very informative for the winetasting class and the wines were delicious.

First rate wine tasting.
It was an engaging demonstration of many wines and wine regions. Thierry is clearly knowledgeable as well as funny and articulate. I've attended several wine tasting events in Paris and this was one of the best. Rue des Boulangers felt more like a very wide alley than a street, so be prepared for that. The event is an easy walk from Jussieu Metro stop as Rue des Boulangers is right across the street from the Metro.

Thanks Nancy! Yes rue des Boulanger is a charming cabblestone street created in the year 1250! but cars and taxi can still drive it. Cheers Thierry

Paris Wine Tasting
Excellent experience. We did 6 tastings 3 red 2 white and one champagne each one better than the next. Sommelier was exceptional with an incredible amount if knowledge would highly recommend also great value for the price point.
