It was such a lovely experience and very enjoyable! I did not know before that tofu is so versatile and can cook that many flavorful dishes from it. Morimi san is such a lovely lady who is welcoming and patient throughout the lesson. The cooking steps were easy to follow and at the end of the class, we enjoyed the delicious meal together. I have already got all the ingredients and looking forward to recreate it myself at home!

I had a great time at Morimi’s kitchen learning about Japanese cooking style and suitable ingredients for vegetarian dishes. Morimi is super friendly and accommodating and the dishes we prepared together tasted fantastic! I highly recommend this class and look forward to try another focus area soon.
