We booked a Tuscan Cooking Class for 6 with Montechiaro Organic Wine Estate through Get Your Guide. Melissa and her father were wonderful hosts and instructors. She said that they had recently conducted similar classes in the US to introduce her husband’s (Alessandro) wines. Under their expert tutelage we made chicken, pasta, pesto and a strawberry dessert and extensively sampled their estate’s wines. It was a very lovely experience.
