I had an amazing time with Hibi! Since I was the only participant, it was a private tour. We visited several authentic local izakayas in Kichijoji that I would never have found on my own. Hibi was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I learned a lot about Japanese food and drinking culture while having great and deeper conversations. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic local experience away from the typical tourist areas. Definitiv worth its money!

The tour was great! Kevin was the perfect guide. He took us to all sorts of hidden gems and we tried great food that we would not have tried otherwise. He genuinely was interested in making sure we had a great experience and clearly takes a lot of pride in living in Osaka

Hiro gave us a fabulous food experience in downtown Kyoto and informative walking tour through the Gion district. Great time had at Osaka food tour. Decent, local food stops navigated by a knowledgeable guide who was equally engaging with the two kids, their mum and dad and us two random Scots who made up our group. Everyone enjoyed, and i’d recommend for sure.

We had a great time exploring the market with Hiro! It was interesting to learn about his "day job" and he took us to several great spots, including the basement of the department store where locals buy their lunches. Only noting that we stopped at one store and were told everything should be fine for our dietary restrictions, but I checked ingredients when I got home and one sauce had beef & pork in it. We should definitely have checked and do not expect Hiro to know every ingredient in all the packaged goods in the market! Just advice to future travelers to translate everything!

It was lovely to be hosted at David’s wasabi farm, I learned a lot, ate delicious wasabi and had a peaceful day. It’s a beautiful place. Thank you!

Super Great time with Bruce, he ensured the evening stayed joyful, fun and engaging! It was not awkward and he was insightful, friendly and made us feel so welcomed! it was absolutely amazing. Got a glimpse of okinawa not from a tourist's point of view but hopping from store to store like a local. Loved it.
