Great fun for my family and I. Interesting to learn how much effort goes into the desserts we eat. Also satisfying to watch the fruit of your own labour take the shape of the sweets we love. Ichi ban!

Amazing experience. I offer this class to my girlfriend as a surprise and she loved it! I had no expectation about the parfait that I made but when I tried it was actually really tasty!! I recommend 100% and thank again Saeko for this experience

Saeko great, from giving direction and escorting us from the station through whole workshop, she showed us basics of putting together a parfait desserts and explained different ingredients for making different types of mochi, she was very kind and created a pleasant, memorable experience for us.

We really enjoyed this workshop from Saeko-san. It was nice to have casual conversation with a local and cook in in here house. We learned a lot about Japanese sweets and we'll definitely make them again!
