We had a group of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids, and we had a great time. The instructors were funny, explained everything really well and helped out when any of us had difficulties. We would deferentially do this class again

I'm vegan and I went to the cooking class with my omnivore boyfriend. The instructor Mia was so friendly and knowledgable, and surprisingly the vegan alternatives for the recipes we pretty good. I truely reccomend this cooking class for people who want an intimate experience with 6-8 other classmates

A great class cooking - ramen and gyoza. It was like being with friends, talking, chopping, preparing, cooking, and most importantly, eating the afternoon away.
We prepared 2 ramen - one traditional with the lightest broth and the second with chicken and soy milk, a delicious surprise. Can’t wait to make it at home for my friends. And our gyoza weren’t too bad either.
We highly recommend any one of the classes offered, you won’t be disappointed.

This was great. Fumi and her team lead us through making Gyoza and Ramen Noodles step by step in a very easy and organised way. We were all surprised and delighted with what they guided us to produce. What I thought of as something very difficult they made into an easy set of tasks that produce a surprisingly good outcome on the first attempt. Very clear instructions and guidance throughout but also making sure we did it ourselves so we learned. A very good and useful cooking experience with also good tips along the way.

This was a great experience. The instruction on how to make the ramen and dumplings was excellent, and we also learned some background about the food and ingredients, and how it varies across different regions of Japan. It was a small class so we also all had a great time chatting. She was also very knowledgable about what ingredients we would have more easily available to us at home in Europe compared to the Japanese products we were using. And of course the Ramen was delicious!

Amazing experience with such wonderful, friendly hosts. We had a great time and the gyozas and ramen were both delicious and so fun to make. The hosts made it super easy to follow along and very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This experience was phenomenal! As a vegan, I was delighted to find an opportunity to cook vegan versions of some of my favorite foods. Saeko was an excellent host, teaching our group about the different ingredients that went into the dishes, walking us through a hands-on cooking class, and letting us enjoy the masterpieces in the comfort of her home. I highly recommend this experience to vegans and non-vegans alike!
