This villa is run by a host whose family farms potatoes in Biei — harvesting each one carefully by hand rather than relying on machines. The result: clean potatoes with a light, fluffy texture and exceptional flavor. Born and raised in Hokkaido, the host once moved to Tokyo before returning home to support his family's potato farm.
