I had a very enjoyable and educational cooking class at Yuka's home. Everything was explained well, including the background of Shojin Ryori.

Yuka's class was fantastic! She provided cultural context on shojin ryori traditions which helped bring special meaning to our cooking. I got SO many helpful, practical tips for cooking each element of the meal that I'm so excited to replicate at home. I'm definitely planning on taking more of her classes when I return to Japan in the future.

We were also super grateful for him working around a gluten sensitivity and saw that he was attentive to various food preferences amongst our group.
