'요시'상께서 테이스팅 진행을 맡아주셨습니다. 일본의 위스키에 대해서 잘몰랐는데 여러가지 위스키를 마시면서 '요시'상이 친절하게 설명해주니 일본의 위스키에 대해 배울 수 있었습니다. ('요시'상이 영어를 잘한다는 부분도 참고하면 좋겠네요) 저 혼자서 예약해서 진행했음에도 편안한 분위기에서 즐길 수 있었습니다. 한국에서 구할 수 없거나 처음보는 위스키를 소개해주기에 위스키에 대해 어느정도 알더라도 새로운 경험이 될거라 생각합니다. 6박7일의 도쿄여행에서 가장 기억에 남는 좋은 추억이었습니다. 추가적으로 간식은 과자, 초콜릿을 제공하고 사진촬영과 동영상 녹화도 흔쾌히 허락해주십니다. "Yoshi" hosted the tasting event. I didn't know much about Japanese whiskey, but I was able to learn about it because "Yoshi" explained it kindly while drinking various whiskies. (Please refer to the fact that "Yoshi" is good at English.) I made a reservation by myself, but I was able to enjoy it in a comfortable atmosphere. I think it will be a new experience even if I know a little about whisky because it is not available in Korea or introduces me to whisky that I have never seen before. It was my most memorable trip to Tokyo for seven days. Additionally, snacks and chocolates are provided, and photos and video recordings are readily allowed.

Our best night in Tokyo Master Masako is a really knowledgeable chef and it has been an honour knowing her mum and grandma’s recipe She is also extremely kind and generous and goes the extra mile to make your evening a special one. And she does in a really natural way. Dan Ozu was very knowledgeable about Japanese whiskies. He catered my tasting based on what I liked. He knew which whiskies came from which Prefactures, as well as explaining the history behind Japanese whiskies. Overall, I give Dan 10/10 for his knowledge and experience. I'll definitely do this tasting again when I'm in Tokyo.

Masako was an exceptional host! She was extremely kind and funny while providing us with 3 new Japanese cooking techniques, with a family recipe twist. We got to eat what we cooked for dinner and took the extra portion to go! We also ended with many caligraphy dedications from the master herself! I would highly recommend this experience to people wanting to learn how to cook timeless Japanese recipes (udon, tomagoyaki and tempura), while having fun conversations and getting immersed in the culture first hand. Thank you Masako!
