What a lovely experience making Udon noodles. Chef Chinki was most welcoming and clearly explained every step. She is very passionate about cooking with the best possible fresh ingredients to accompany the udon noodles. Many of them were new to me. Thank you for sharing your skills.

A great session with Takako, learning about Japanese home cooking and the benefits for fermented foods. Tasted koji, kombu, mirin and a variety of soy sauces.
Takako then made some healthy and delicious dishes, which was a good change from some heavier restaurant meals.
The recipes were also provided!
Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved this experience. The host was so friendly and inviting. Her home was beautiful and she made myself and another guest tea. She spoke through all the ingredients, provided us with a recipe. I felt so at home. Would definitely do another class again!

Really enjoyed Emi's class. My 12 year old daughter and I made udon, tempura, and gyoza. The instructions were easy to follow and Emi's communication was clear and friendly. We will be back again next time we are in Tokyo!

This was a great class. The teacher was very friendly and knowledgeable. she helped explain how to make the udon and also what other ingredients I can substitute when I return to my home country. Udon was delicious, I’m looking forward to making it at home!
