This was truly exceptional. We tried so many different types of teas, and learned so much more about the different types of green tea, how to dial in the brewing for each type, where it comes from and how to pick quality teas. The host was very friendly and informative, very fluent in English, and his hospitality was amazing. 10/10 would recommend to my friends, and would take people there if they had even a little curiosity or interest about tea.
Yosuke provided a great in depth look at the various teas produced in Japan and brewed samples on the spot for us to try. It was really great to taste the impact that different production methods have on the humble tea leaf and it is an experience we would happily recommend for those interested in Japanese tea.
