If you're a lamb lover, it's beyond belief. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Go there, but make sure you get a reservation, or you will be standing on the street for a long time.

Good service and made us feel very welcome! Food was good, and very good value considering the portion size. Tried 白子🤣

Hokkaido is famous of its top notch seafood quality and Sushi Sublime delivered it very well. Super satisfied!

The wagu with caviar on top was so good. Beef tongue sad thick and crunchy.

sushi delicious, Quiet enviroment good experience

Our party of 3 really enjoyed our meal and interaction with the chef despite language barrier. Food plating and ingredient quality was excellent.

Excellent Tempura by the owner chef with limited guests around a counter, as it should be. Highly recommended.

Brilliant food, friendly service and good atmosphere. If I ever have the chance to visit Hakodate again, I will come back.

Great food and service. If they can provide English menu, that would be greater. Overall, it is a must go restaurant.
