세프님이 너무 재미있고 좋았습니다? 30분이나 일찍 도착했는데요 일찍 시작해주셨어요^^ 일본어에 관심있는 아들이 너무 좋아했어요 아들만 일본어를 조금 할줄알아서 나머지 가족을 위해 영어로도 설명해주고 일본어.한국어.영어 다 쓰면서 설명해주셔서 너무 감사했어요^^ 맛은 한국입맛에는 좀 짰어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그래도 즐거웠으니 됐죠^^ 인 근데 교통비 지원해주신다했는데 그건 어떻게 되는건지^^; 체험끝나고 나중에 생각나서 물어보지도 못했네요

Our cooking class and tea ceremony with chef Katuzi was amazing. He was very professional and entertaining. We learnt some great skills in sushi making and made great ramen. All Ingredients were fresh Chef”s assistant Kumiko was very friendly and helpful. She took photos throughout the class and then sent them to us before we left. The calligraphy gift was a special touch. The cooking class was one of the highlights of our Japan trip. We would strongly recommend. Angela & Chris (Melbourne, Australia)

We had amazing time, the hosts created very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The master class was very insightful with techniques and tips for creating truly beautiful sushi and shirashi. It was a very welcoming and great experience in modern, and yet with Japanese style home of the shef. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the enthusiasm of the host, as well as enjoyed learning how to prepare sushi, ramen and the traditional tea ceremony. He took in the consideration our taste and food preferences. It was a wonderful experience!

I'm vegan and I went to the cooking class with my omnivore boyfriend. The instructor Mia was so friendly and knowledgable, and surprisingly the vegan alternatives for the recipes we pretty good. I truely reccomend this cooking class for people who want an intimate experience with 6-8 other classmates

This was the best experience I’ve ever had while traveling to many countries, Katsuji was very kind and welcoming. They were able to accommodate our dietary restrictions as well which we were very happy about. The tea ceremony and calligraphy were so well done as well, would recommend this experience to any and everyone visiting Osaka area!!

This was a really fun cooking class. Shu-san gave us a very detailed and entertaining explanation of the ramen-making process and we each got to construct our own bowls of ramen. He was thoughtful and brought a lot of personality to the session.
