Our cooking class and tea ceremony with chef Katuzi was amazing. He was very professional and entertaining. We learnt some great skills in sushi making and made great ramen. All Ingredients were fresh Chef”s assistant Kumiko was very friendly and helpful. She took photos throughout the class and then sent them to us before we left. The calligraphy gift was a special touch. The cooking class was one of the highlights of our Japan trip. We would strongly recommend. Angela & Chris (Melbourne, Australia)

We had amazing time, the hosts created very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The master class was very insightful with techniques and tips for creating truly beautiful sushi and shirashi.
