I had such a great time learning how to make Japanese noodles from scratch! Fumi was very funny and helpful; she explained everything with great clarity and made sure the end result was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to experience the true taste of Japanese ramens and be able to recreate it in their own kitchen back home!

Interactive class, shu is a great chef and makes you feel at ease while cooking with him and explaining the recipe. I recommend doing this activity when in Osaka

My husband and I weren’t sure how the group experience would be, but we ended up enjoying this class! The team was very professional and well prepared with helpful cooking tips, while still being hospitable and flexible. We had adults and children in this class, and the content was great for all ages. It was very hands-on and everyone participated at each step. No one was left behind. The mood was fun, lively, & friendly. I only wish we could’ve taken more notes! We received such value, we would try another class with this team, if possible. Also, the food was great!
