What a fantastic experience! Not only did the sushi we made look good, but the flavor was delicious! It was so much fun walking through the market and gathering ingredients and then learning create edible works of art. Ayumi was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful and truly unique experience at Masaho's sushi class. While eating at a sushi restaurant is great, the sushi we made ourselves tasted even more special. Masaho was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire class. Not only did she gently guide us through the process, but she also spoke excellent English and taught us about the history of sushi and what everyday life in Japan is like. Instead of being in an office room, we made sushi in an authentic Japanese house. This gave us a wonderful glimpse into the daily life of a Japanese family. From start to finish, we had a fantastic time with Masaho. We would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Tokyo who wants an authentic Japanese experience.

So amazing, thank you to our host Haime who went above and beyond. This vegan option for those who follow the diet, don’t eat raw fish, or want to learn a different way have to try. He went above and beyond to explain everything and invited us to dine in their restaurant for dinner, including making us a vegan dinner. I can’t recommend the class enough and look forward to teaching my family the recipe. Thank you, Haime!
