+257 fotosLocation a bit difficult to find. Pull hard on the door - don’t need to be buzzed in. Instructor was funny, kind and helpful. Some didn’t like his humor but his jokes are what made it fun and he wasn’t meaning to offend anybody. Loved it. Kind of wish we got to eat our own bagels we made, but everybodies was mixed together - unable to boil them individually - not practical.
Well organized, nothing tricky, easy to follow, just the right length of time-not too long, not rushed. Will explained a lot of the “why” of things. End result was delicious. *a note if you need any kind of mobility help: inquire about the proper entrance to the building. There is an entrance to this large building with a ramp and a service elevator which was not clearly marked.

Great fun. Will was engaging, funny and gave clear instructions and demonstrations to the bagel making. He was helpful and kind. Bagels were delicious and we took home the recipe. Able to purchase the malt powder too!
Will was great and the class was fun and interactive. He taught you the process from start to eating.
