Our family had the pleasure of taking part in this authentic Mayan cooking experience with U Janal Masewal, and it was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip. We booked this cooking class through our resort and I’m so happy we did. I would say it was the best part of our Belize adventure. Brought to us by the most generous Mayan family. We learned how to cook tasty authentic Mayan dishes from scratch. And when I say scratch I mean nothing was premade, pre-assembled or precooked.
