+726 枚の写真We had a great time. We were treated to coffee and a plate of freshly baked mini croissants and pane au chocolate. Then we went downstairs and upstairs to have some hands-on experience with baguettes, financiers and croissants. We left with plenty of goodies for later. We'll return to enjoy some of the other beautiful pastries this bakery offers.
You don't actually make the dough/cake mixture yourself but, you do prepare the bread/cakes for cooking and you get to eat it which is lovely, take a bag to carry your bread away in.
Definitely a highlight of our trip. So much fun and very kid friendly!
Mohad shared his expertise with humor and created an experience where strangers became friends. We also learned about making baguettes, boulle, madalines, and croissants. Yummy!!!
Really interesting experience. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kids loved it, said it was one of the best parts of their holiday. Bread we took home was great...kept us in lunches for the next couple of days!!
