この茶道では、緑茶、烏龍茶、紅茶、発酵茶など、あらゆる種類の高級茶（お茶の量に応じて5〜6種類）を理解し、味わいます。ベストシーズン、典型的なテロワール（すべてのお茶は中国の本物のマスターから選ばれており、中国市場で入手するのはさらに困難です）から、歴史的、地理的、健康に有益な、および文化的なストーリーの私の説明。
ヨーロッパで15年間茶道の経験を積んだ私が、さまざまな種類のお茶を適切な温度やタイミングで淹れる方法など、重要なスキルをお伝えします。
