We sampled all the key components individually, before enjoying the final product brought to life by their chefs. Simply the best ramen I have ever tasted! If you are a foodie or you just love ramen, you will enjoy this tour!
The Ramen Tasting experience was absolutely amazing. Our hostess Mitsuyo was lovely. She explained the process for making the ramen; we were able to taste the individual components along the way. Then we moved to the counter to be served a bowl of the signature ramen. Best ramen ever! This experience was fantastic and a must do for any ramen lover.
Awesome experience that we would recommand to anyone. The people there were so friendly, especially the owner. She took very good care of us and we loved talking to her. She was very patient and kind to teach us everything about ramen. So thank you so so much
It was an amazing experience to see all of the little details that are put into making great Ramen. Each detail and step was explained to us and we were able to try each ingredient individually to give us a better idea of how it all comes together. If you are interested in understanding how a great bowl of ramen comes together this is a must do tour!
The experience is speechless and incredible, the step by step tasting help me to understand how the layering of ramen stock become so tasty, where I gained more understanding about umami. You also get a chance to make your own mini ramens as well as a bowl (or two smaller bowls of ramen with 500 yen top up) plus the special dish which incorporates ramen toppings and French cuisine techniques.
