このモグラのテイスティングでは、それぞれのモグラを試すだけでなく、オアハカ料理の歴史や儀式に耳を傾ける機会が得られます。それぞれのモグラは、地元の人々が毎日楽しんでいるさまざまな方法で提供されます。 。各モルの一般的な成分について学び、フレーバーの融合を発見して驚かれるダイナミクスを体験します。もぐらごとに違う料理が食べられるので、大満足、来てよかったなと思える一品です。
モグラと一緒にメスカルも無制限にご用意しておりますので、テイスティングの最後にはあなたもメスカルの専門家になれます。
