Fabulous class! We learned a lot about Japanese cooking and enjoyed terrific food. The teacher clearly went to great lengths to make it a memorable experience. The fish was of the highest quality. Thank you for making this a highlight of an already wonderful trip!

My husband and I so enjoyed this sushi making session with Kaori. It was very interesting, informative and fun! Kaori was organized, spoke English well, communicated effectively and patiently explained each step of the process. She provided an excellent handout for us to read and use later. This is a very special, must-do experience in Kyoto! Highly recommend.

Fantastic! Learned how to make sushi. Very informative and great hands on approach. Don’t eat before you go, otherwise you will not have room dr lively sushi you will make. Host was very knowledgeable and welcoming
