Since opening their first cooking school in Kyoto in 2014, they have been welcoming international travelers from around the world to their studios in Kyoto and Tokyo. Today, they offer several group cooking classes, private classes, online classes, food tours, and even lessons with professional chefs. These classes and tours are all led by English-speaking locals, for the most authentic experience.

It was fun to create dishes that were new to me such as sushi and tempura shrimp. The master chefs show us how to cook in many different ways.

The teachers were very nice and open to questions. They took the time to explain the different ingredients and spices. The atmosphere was very relaxed and cozy.
