I had the absolute pleasure of attending the fermentation class today! It was incredibly eye-opening to see how knowledge of miso and other traditional elements can be beautifully applied to everyday cooking. From appetizers and mains to desserts, I was truly amazed by the versatility of these fermented ingredients. The instructor was exceptionally patient and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions with great care. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to elevate their culinary journey and experience the true magic of fermentation!

This is the best class for anyone who loves cooking. It is also a new and fun class for those who don't like cooking. Also, this cafe, which hosts this tour, is very friendly and caring to everyone. It has various souvenirs made with kome rice, and it is a very nice cafe that is eco-friendly. I will try to make onigiri in the way they taught me. If you go to Tokyo, Japan, you should definitely take this class. Not only will you have fun, you can also eat your own delicious onigiri. この店最高 :)

My cooking lesson with Yuka was perfect! She was very organized, her instructions were very clear, and time was well managed. The food I learned to make was delicious and easy enough that I feel confident I can make it again when I return home, and no now I have the recipes she gave me to help.
