Our family had such a great experience. My wife, two kids and I learned so much and had a wonderful time with chef Dennis. My daughter and I had already done a 3-hour class in Rome 10 days earlier but Dennis’ class was next level. He teaches you how to make the pasta, the fillings, sauces, better techniques- there was no comparison. We just got back from Italy this week and tonight made pasta at home with supplies I ordered right after his class. It was the highlight of our few days in Bologna.
Outstanding!! Dennis was excellent with his communication with us. The class was fun, we learned so much and loved it all. Our pastas were absolutely delicious. We are looking forward to making our own pasta back in the US. We highly recommend!!
