Marie was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The tea and the fermented food tastings were excellent. She was a pleasure and we had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed the miso workshop with Yoko. She is very hospitable and we had a lovely time. She explains everything really well, not just the recipe but also the culinary and cultural background. We had a blast and can't wait to enjoy our homemade miso!
