My experience in Sushi Taiga for an omakase dinner on 1 Jan 2025 was exceptional fantastic. Chef and also the owner Mr Taiga is a very professional and skilful chef in sushi making and other food. He is full of talent and knows how to make Japanese sushi in a modern way but without losing the soul and taste of traditional sushi. The seafood he chose were so fresh and seasonal that I can never forget. Definitely I will go back whenever I hv a stop at Osaka and will definitely recommend it to my friends.
