Wonderful Experience
This was a great experience. The open air market may not be for everyone but it really showed the diversity of fish, meat and produce available in the area. Our guide, Andres, was knowledgeable and entertaining.
The menu was tailored to our taste. You don't have to have octopus but we like it. Bette, the chef\instructor taught us how to prepare it so it was tender. The entire menu was incredible.
Thank you, Walter Guerrero, for a special experience.

Buen apetito!

Very interesting
My wife and I were there in Sept, 2019. It was the first cruise ship of the season. We were surprised that we were the only two signed up for the class. The owner of the tour company met us along with our guide. Since it was just the two of us he rented a taxi for the day and we were off. The tour of the local market area was interesting but not for the faint of heart. Narrow alleys that ran for blocks. We walked past tables with 15 hog heads prepared for sale. Large cauldrons of differe...daha fazla oku
