Calabrese memorable experience
A memorable experience.
We were picked up by Enzo who is an amazing guide, charismatic, and dedicated. The country house and land visit was both educational and touching with Alberto sharing his grandparent’s passion. The pasta preparation session was fun, interesting, and satisfying. The local wines were amazing and the homemade local appetizers delicious. The dinner experience was unique and unforgettable.

Incredible - never forget it
This was one of the best highlights of my 18 day trip across Southern and Northern Italy - being able to see the farm, pick the vegetables, learn how to make pasta from scratch was an experience of a lifetime. They are so nice, they keep the wine and food flowing and it wa the best pasta i've ever had. DO THIS YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

Favorite thing in italy
This was our favorite thing we did! Enzo was a perfect host. Roberto was an amazing chef and farmer. We had a wonderful time getting to know people and learning the history of the farm. We loved making past and especially eating all the fresh food! Highly recommend

Excellent Evening with Enzo & Chef Alberto
I signed my husband & myself up for this “class” & had a great time with a fun group of people. After a brief history of the family farm, we “harvested” items for dinner, then made 2 different pastas which were prepared by Chef Alberto & staff. We dined al fresc with Enzo, enjoyed amazing food &wine. Highly recommend!

Top of the list for a Tropea adventure!
This was definitely one of the most memorable events of our stay in Tropea. Enzo, our guide, provided an evening of farm to table dining led by Alberto, the head chef at Hibiscus Restaurant. We literally picked our ingredients from the organic garden which Alberto has worked in since he was 6 years old and collected the eggs from the coop!
The salad was freshly picked, and the pasta we were taught to make was delicious.
I highly recommend this tour and an additional dinner reservation at Hibisc...daha fazla oku
