The academy is much more than a cooking school where you can learn traditional dishes, it is an authentic experience that blends tradition, local flavors and Tuscan hospitality. We stand out for the careful selection of ingredients of the territory, many of which are zero km.

Our location is the very framework of the experience.

Immersed in the medieval streets a few steps from Piazza del Campo, it gives our guests a unique and suggestive atmosphere where every experience is accompanied by the beauty of Siena.

The cooking class will take you on a sensory journey through the flavors and aromas of Tuscany. The staff will welcome you with a glass of prosecco, you will be given the chef's hat and apron. Our chefs will guide you revealing tricks and secrets of traditional cuisine. You will learn how to prepare traditional dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients. From the preparation of 3 fresh pastas (gnocchi, pici and tortelli), 3 seasonal sauces and conclude with the preparation of the famous tiramisu. Tasting of what is prepared with water and house wine. You will share the experience with other travellers.
