You'll learn how to mix the dough, work with classic Moroccan ingredients and spices, shape each sweet by hand, and understand the cultural stories behind them. As your pastries bake, we’ll sit together to enjoy more tea, homemade snacks, and some relaxed conversation about Moroccan life, traditions, and cooking tips. This is not just a cooking class — it’s a cultural exchange. Once everything is ready, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the fresh, warm pastries you’ve made, served the Moroccan way.
