A day to remember
The hike is strenuous but the winery destination is well worth it. Fantastic wine and food. Simone was a good guide and grew up in Vicchio.

An authentic experience into the Tuscan countryside that combine active hiking with great food and wines.
Enjoy a scenic active hike along the secret trails of the vineyards, in the Tuscan countryside, a little slice of heaven a few step out of Florence and into Mugello area. Visit a family-run organic farm and experience the local wine and the extra-virgin olive oil.
Nature lovers can get out and spend some hours hiking the Tuscan hills along silent country roads, through vineyard, olive groves and medieval villages, immersed in a land rich in history, where the Etruscan and Roman people lived in the past.
Visit the agricultural estate, the cellar and and sit enjoying the wine tasting and the typical Tuscan light lunch.

We start the hike in a delightful village of medieval origin, sitting at the foothills of the Tuscan Apennines.
After a walk through the picturesque streets we get out to immerse into the tuscan countryside for an active hiking on the Mugello area hills, along the secret trails of the vineyards.

Hike and Wine Tour Review
Simone is a fantastic guide and his knowledge of the area really enhanced the experience! The winery we went to was amazing and Vicchio and the rest of the countryside is worth the visit.

Beautiful afternoon!
We had the most lovely afternoon with the host and her family. What a beautiful story about how they got started and we learned so much. The food was great, the olive oil was incredible and the wine was exquisite. Recommend this 1000%!!

Beautiful hike, with lovely food and wine
We wanted to see a little of ‘real’ Tuscany outside of Florence and were not disappointed! Simone gave us excellent instructions before we arrived on getting to Dicomano- even adjusting our tour time to fit train schedules- and helped us explore and learn more about this beautiful area. He talked about the history of the area, showed us a traditional farmhouse and explained how people lived and farmed, and pointed out the local flora, inviting us to taste freshly picked figs, grapes and tomato...daha fazla oku

Simone est un guide très professionnel, souriant, efficace et plein d'infos intéressantes. En dehors du dégustation de 3 types de vin Chianti de la domaine et de charcuterie et fromages locaux, Simone nous a parlé des vignes, de la fabrication de vin, de la vie traditionnelle locale en général et de la flore et faune, plus riche d'ailleurs que j'avais imaginée.
