Yo! We are Livio and Noemi! We are a young couple of professional chefs, and this is our project! Terracotta Cooking Lab was born from our desire to share with the world the passion and love we both feel for this wonderful art form that is cooking. From the beginning, our goal has been to recreate the feeling of home, our home, where we can joyfully welcome anyone looking for an intimate experience based on sharing. Our idea is to work with small groups, allowing us to devote the same care and attention to all our guests, from adults to children, creating the atmosphere of an informal evening with friends. A warm smile, a welcoming atmosphere and a great playlist will make you feel instantly at home! We hope to host you soon!

Course on the production of traditional dishes

Welcome Prosecco

We prepare a menu together from appetizer to dessert! During the lesson, we will create a full meal that includes an appetizer, a fresh pasta first course, a main course (meat or vegetarian), paired wines and a dessert. The menu varies depending on the season, the availability of local Point of Sale ingredients and the chef's inspiration. The lesson lasts about 3 - 4 hours and includes the lesson, tastings and a final discussion of all the dishes prepared during the experience.

A fantastic cooking experience in Florence

We had the most wonderful time cooking with Noemi and Livio! We were a group of five with very different levels of cooking experience and confidence, and they made the class enjoyable and engaging for every single one of us. Great night learning and cooking in Florence

Noemi and Livio are the best! We only had one day in Florence and had a group of friends with varying levels of cooking abilities. Their cooking class was the perfect fit. Noemi and Livio were so warm and welcoming. Their space is so functional, lots of space for learning, but felt intimate and homey.
