What makes the Pizza Class with Antonio and Enzo truly special is its authentic Neapolitan soul. Both are from Naples, the birthplace of one of the world’s most famous pizza traditions, and they personally guide every guest throughout the experience. Antonio is a master pizza maker with over 35 years of experience, while Enzo is a qualified sommelier and trained bartender. The pizza class, wine tasting and Spritz Class are therefore led directly by the owners, not by employees or temporary staff. During the aperitivo, guests also taste the cuoppo, a traditional Neapolitan street food served in a paper cone. Food, traditions, warmth and humour all reflect the genuine character of Naples. For Neapolitans, the guest is sacred. Antonio and Enzo welcome every participant with the warmth, friendliness and generosity of true Neapolitan hospitality, creating a personal, entertaining and premium experience.

After a warm welcome from Antonio and Enzo and your New Bridge Pizza Kit, you'll begin with an Italian Spritz masterclass led by Enzo, a professional sommelier and bartender, learning to prepare Italy's three most iconic Spritz cocktails using authentic recipes. Next, Antonio, a master pizzaiolo with over 35 years of experience and Neapolitan roots, guides you hands-on through the New Bridge Pizza Method: flour selection, dough, leavening, stretching, topping and baking. While the dough rests, Enzo leads a Tuscan wine tasting of three carefully selected wines. You'll then sit down in the private dining room to enjoy the pizza you made, before turning the same dough into warm fried coccoli with Nutella and powdered sugar, paired with sweet Moscato. Every guest receives a participation certificate with the recipe on the back, a souvenir photo and the official New Bridge Pizza Kit to take home. Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan and halal options are available on request.

You will not be disappointed at New Bridge Pizza!

My Wife and I signed up for a cooking class at New Bridge not knowing exactly what to expect and I would share the experience exceeded all expectations. Enzo and Antonio were fantastic in not only sharing their secrets in the kitchen, but also making us feel welcome and making it a very fun time. Honestly this class and these two have something special that they are sharing with the public. What an AMAZING experience at New Bridge Pizza! We did the pizza and spritz-making class followed by lunch, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. The brothers, Enzo and Antonio, are absolute STARS! 🌟 They made the entire experience so much fun — welcoming, personable, entertaining, and genuinely passionate about what they do. One of the best experiences in Italy

Enzo and Antonio were amazing. Great atmostoshe. A genuine family run business. Worth every dollar. The day felt so much longer because it was so fun. From how to make cocktails to cooking pizza it was unbelievable! Enzo the sommelier taught us a lot about wine and ageing processes as well. Seeing Antonio’s experience in a pizzeria was phenomal. 10/10!!

This was a wonderful experience. Enzo en Tony take their time to teach you all the secrets to the best pizza and drinks. You get the best help en tips. I learned so much. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely do this again.

A must do culinary experience in Firenze, amazing

Amazing experience. Enzo and Antonio are masters in making the best spritzes and pizza in the world. You feel immediately at home and part of the family. It’s a wonderful combination of exploring, learning and enjoying. This is by far the best experience, you make memories that give that extra touch to your visit…. There are not enough stars to rate this… book it when visiting Firenze and you will experience this amazing pizza, aperitivo & wine class
