• Upon arriving at the Verdala Wellness Hotel, you may proceed directly to VSpa and check in at the spa reception desk. Should you require any assistance, feel free to visit the hotel reception desk, where our team will be happy to assist you and guide you as needed.
• If you book the option including transportation, pick-up will be scheduled between 8:45 AM and 9:45 AM depending on your location, and the return transfer pick-up will be at 5:00 PM. Our team will contact you in advance to confirm and fine-tune the details.
• If you book the option that includes transportation, you will be picked up directly from your accommodation, provided the road is accessible. If not, you will be picked up from a nearby meeting point.
• The premises are wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the salt cave and the hot/cold plunge pools, which require the use of steps.
• The ticket includes four hours of unlimited access to the hotel’s world-class wellness facilities, along with an afternoon tea.
• The experience takes place at the VSpa located within the Verdala Wellness Hotel – AX Privilege in Rabat.
