Our classes will be taught by a certified un-Chef, with which they will travel through Mexico with the flavors that we will be tasting and the traditional techniques with which we will be working throughout the class. As we will try some drinks made with a liquor of Mexican origin from different regions of the country. Also during the class the chef instructor will explain the origin and use of the ingredients they cook, as well as part of the history of the dishes made with those ingredients. This is an experience for us to have dinner with friends, one of our main objectives is to meet them and that we can transmit our culture through our traditional food, which is a heritage of humanity.

Alcoholic beverages

Depending on the menu some accompanying drinks will be made (for the dishes for people over 18 years can be with alcohol)

Private transportation

Hey! Throughout the experience we will prepare a menu with seasonal products of various times accompanied by drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Before asking them about food allergies or restrictions to be able to adapt it, you can also make Vegetarian options. In addition, the menu was adapted to the diet of the participants according to the tastes for a specific product or substitute for allergy or personal reasons. In case the participant does not wish to cook, the meal can be prepared in conjunction with him while we talk and have a margarita. We want you to feel at home, so all dinner is traditional and we will sit down and chat with you while we taste our food.

It is prepared with a black mole brought from Oaxaca accompanied by a puree of sweet potato or white rice

It is an omelet filled with fried beans stuffed with black beans with a Yucatecan style roast chicken toping with annatto and orange

Traditional with avocado, handmade tortillas and tatemada sauce

Rice with milk

Creamy, with cinnamon and a hint of vanilla

Cochinite

Traditional with Yucatecan ingredients, soft, juicy and wood-fired for 12 hours.

Hands-on Mexican Cooking Experience

The duo of Sergio and Maria are a great pair to lead this class. It began with them picking me up at my hotel and driving us to the big mercado to shop for groceries for our feast. While at the mercado we also enjoyed a coffee/tea and had some delicious barbacoa tacos. The cooking took place in their home kitchen. We made a nice range of dishes including quesadillas, Querétaro style enchiladas, tortilla soup, 2 styles of agua chili with fresh seafood and a rice pudding dessert. MEXICAN Menu experience

Great menu to get an idea of foods around Mexico plus different types of drinks. They were very attentive to anyone with allergies. I also enjoyed the happy connection between Sergio and Maria. They reflected a true interest in providing a Mexican food experience. Really enjoyed the gathering and would highly recommend.

Wonderful and amazing experience! Don’t hesitate to do this. Sergio and Maria couldn’t be any nicer and more welcoming and great teachers! I know to cook, but they still taught me cooking techniques and about foods from all over Mexico. We made amazing dishes and had a lot of fun! The trip to the farmers market is one of the highlights of the day. Definitely go and learn and enjoy this amazing taste of Mexico!

An unforgettable culinary experience in Queretaro!

I was lucky enough to participate in an absolutely exceptional cooking class in Queretaro with Maria and Sergio, a passionate, generous and deeply connected couple with Mexican gastronomic culture. From our arrival, they took the time to introduce us to what we were going to cook, explaining the regional origin of each dish.
