In the Vip cooking class you will learn from a Pro Pizzachef how to prepare a real Italian pizza, all secrets for a perfect dough, starting from the perfect ingredients, how to knowledge the perfect proofing time, how to bake Pizzas properly in different way(in home oven with stones,with baking tray and more), step by step, with the flavors you prefer (also using a mix of cereal flours such as Spelt ,Rye,and others). If you have a Pizza Oven at home or just you are a Pizza fan this is the oppotunity you can't miss: the secrets you will learn in Vip Class will bring you to amaze friends and family with your Pizzas at home. My partner and I traveled to Milan to unwind a bit from stressful life and to try real handmade pasta. I’m professional chef but I need to tell you the pasta and tiramisu we made was incredible. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and detailed recipes with us. We feel we made good friends with you both. Experience 10 out of 10. Hope we’ll see you soon again at our place this time.
