Since 2018, Saeko Sasaki has been running her own cooking studio that has seen over 500 foreign guests pass through the kitchen doors. Her profound passion for food and cooking has resulted in side-quests as a professional food stylist and recipe developer. Saeko was born and raised in Osaka, but has worked as a Japanese chef in Denmark and has traveled extensively to over 21 countries. Saeko’s skills are second to none, and her classes are warm, welcoming, easy to follow, and fun.

This was one our favorite activities in Japan! We were able to do a vegan menu and my teenagers were even engaged the whole time.

Really enjoyed the cooking class with Saeko! We made Ramen and Gyoza! It‘s been 10 months but I had to think of her just now and noticed I’ve never written a review!
