We had an amazing experience making hand rolls and tempura with Sai! The experience was extremely organized, and we appreciated the careful teachings and variety of vegetables and seafood offered. It was a fun experience that we HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all! ☺️

The Temaki Sushi & Tempura Cooking Class was a GREAT experience! Chef Choi is truly an exceptional Master & we would give him the highest Michelin rating! He gave clear explanations of the ingredients, how to slice the vegetables & seafood, how to get the right consistency of the tempura batter. We especially enjoyed his tips on how the professionals fry the layered, squared egg omelette, deep-fry the tempura and how to roll the temaki sushi. Along with Chef Choi teaching us cooking skills, the next best part of the class was savoring the sushi & tempura - oishii desu ne!

Joining this cooking class was a truly unforgettable experience. We made authentic vegetable and shrimp tempura, and learned the traditional sauce and Japanese breading techniques, so different from what I've seen online. Then we prepared hand-rolled temaki sushi using premium ingredients like fresh salmon, tuna, fish roe, marinated beef, and vegetables. Everything we made was absolutely delicious! Each bite was full of flavor and made with care. This is something everyone should experience, to truly taste and feel the heart of Japanese cuisine. I'm deeply thankful for this opportunity given to foreigners like us to experience Japanese culture through food. Thank you to the chef, the wonderful staff, and the entire team. It was more than a class.. it was a beautiful cultural journey I'll never forget.
