A great session with Takako, learning about Japanese home cooking and the benefits for fermented foods. Tasted koji, kombu, mirin and a variety of soy sauces. Takako then made some healthy and delicious dishes, which was a good change from some heavier restaurant meals. The recipes were also provided! Would definitely recommend.

We had a very good time on the tour, our guide knew about the market and how it works. We had a chance to try all kinds of different foods from sweets to different fish.

The tour was great. Tsujiki is a chaotic and confusing place. Chizeki was very interesting and informative, and his English is very good

My family took a morning guided tour to Tsukiji market with Yoshi, and it really exceeded all our expectations! Yoshi is nice, knowledgeable and showed us many different foods and places that we would never manage to find by ourselves. The specialties we tried were amazing and the portions were generous. We couldn’t have asked a better tour, I really recommend it!

We loved the Adachi fish market tour. Kyoko was very knowledgeable and explained so much about the market and seafood in general. We ended the tour with a delicious fresh sushi plate. We had a wonderful authentic experience. Highly recommend.

Kyoko was a great guide, able to explain so many insights about the Adachi fish market, how dit operates and other fun tidbits. I'm happy to have been able to see behind the scenes in an industry I've always been interested in.

Our tour was a perfect way to visit Tsukiji, with a friendly guide (we had Sandra) who knew the ins and outs of the market, and insight on some great treats we wouldn't have known about! We left the tour with full bellies and awesome memories. Highly recommended!

My guide had extensive experience with the market stall holders and knew where to get the best deals - some food was 50% cheaper than on the main thoroughfares. The sake tasting tested my palate and my stamina, but with sashimi and snacks from the market we managed to\ get through 30 types of sake. Highly recommended

Although it's a seemingly steep price, with Josh expertly guiding us through and him and the teams willingness to facilitate for our dietary requirements, having the onus taken off yourself to explore and figure things out is incredibly helpful. It's absolutely worth it if you're tired of navigating alone or if you'd like a better insight to the market than what you could get on your own.
