加入Saeko的素食拉面和饺子烹饪课吧!她是一位专业厨师、食品造型师和食谱开发者,这次课程将在大阪举行。
您将学习如何制作浓郁的素食拉面(从汤底到配料),以及香脆的素食饺子(从饺子皮到馅料),然后享用您亲手制作的美味佳肴。
Saeko于2018年在大阪开设了自己的工作室,开始了她的日本家庭料理之旅。在此之前,她曾广泛旅行(足迹遍布21个国家),并在丹麦担任过日本厨师。这些海外经历激发了她通过美食与其他文化交流的兴趣,她已教授超过500名外国学生。结束丹麦的冒险后,她回到了家乡大阪,开发了一系列烹饪课程(您今天将有机会体验)。
您的素食烹饪冒险将在Saeko的家庭厨房进行。Saeko会热情地迎接您,为您系上围裙并引导您到烹饪台。
您将制作浓郁的素食拉面,包括汤底和各种素食配料。当您组装好拉面后,就该转向饺子了!
接着,您将学习如何制作素食饺子皮和馅料,然后将它们放入锅中煎炸。拉面和饺子是经典的日本美食,但素食版本却不易找到!
