数百年来，日本精湛的金属加热与锻造技艺闻名于世，从装饰品到实用工具和武器，吸引了全球的目光。
然而，没有哪个地方能像关市这样讲述制刀的历史。作为日本刀剑之都，关市被誉为"刀具之城"，以生产世界上最精致的刀具而闻名。
在这里，你可以探索日本刀的复杂工艺，甚至成为一名刀匠！
体验从G. Sakai刀具博物馆的刀匠工作室开始，Sumio和他的兄弟Yoshirou将亲自指导你制作自己的大马士革刀。他们拥有超过90年的制刀经验，将教你如何将金属锻造成能够传世的艺术品。
参与者将体验传统的日本制刀工艺，见证大马士革刀那美丽抽象图案的形成过程。通过锻造工艺，将多层合金焊接、加热并锤打在一起，形成独特的刀刃纹理，使普通刀剑变成艺术品。
一旦刀面抛光完成，你将亲手在刀上刻下自己的名字，并通过酸蚀工艺显现大马士革花纹。接着，你将使用传统磨刀石进行打磨，并用切菜来测试其锋利度。
刀具制作体验结束后，你将参观关市传统刀剑博物馆，了解这座城市800年的制刀历史，并欣赏展出的历史刀剑。
最后，在关市的一家当地餐厅享用午餐，为此次旅程画上完美句号。
