My son & I had the best time learning how to make sushi & Wagyu beef! Chef & his assistant were professional , sincere, & humorous too! Everything looked so beautiful & tasted delicious! We highly recommend this experience!

We had a great time with chef Katsuji and his wife. Mr. Katsuji and his wife were very attentive and made the whole experience very special. Everything was super good prepared and organized. Together with the tea ceremony and wagyu beef is this cooking class like a little all-in-one Japanese course. Sushi making was really fun as both of our host made jokes all the time. We laughed a lot. It was a very nice afternoon for us. We would recommend this activity to all of your friends.

Katsuji is a wonderful teacher, who is full of laughter and energy. We enjoy the stories he and his wife shared about their family and career. They even recommended a great shop to buy a matcha tea set. Everyone who visits Osaka should take a cooking class with them. Well worth the value!

Great fun for my family and I.
Interesting to learn how much effort goes into the desserts we eat. Also satisfying to watch the fruit of your own labour take the shape of the sweets we love. Ichi ban!

Amazing experience. I offer this class to my girlfriend as a surprise and she loved it! I had no expectation about the parfait that I made but when I tried it was actually really tasty!! I recommend 100% and thank again Saeko for this experience

Saeko great, from giving direction and escorting us from the station through whole workshop, she showed us basics of putting together a parfait desserts and explained different ingredients for making different types of mochi, she was very kind and created a pleasant, memorable experience for us.

We really enjoyed this workshop from Saeko-san. It was nice to have casual conversation with a local and cook in in here house. We learned a lot about Japanese sweets and we'll definitely make them again!
