Her joy lies in sharing recipes with friends and students worldwide. Teaching Japanese, she noticed the magic of combining language and cooking, leading her to dedicate herself to both. She's even a certified decorative sushi instructor under the Japan Sushi Instructors Association (JSIA)

Lot’s of fun, and the food was tasty. Nariko’s class was well organized (7 people in the class). I may never become a professional dumpling maker, but I’m going to give it a try when I get home.
